1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PointOneEight.SOL (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 Transparent Ponzi Scheme

The Service is explicitly designed and operates as a Ponzi scheme. We make NO attempt to hide this fact. A Ponzi scheme pays returns to earlier investors using funds from new investors, not from profit earned by the operation.

2.2 How It Works

• Users deposit SOL into the Service
• 10% fee is deducted (5% research, 5% token buyback)
• Remaining 90% goes to the pool
• Users receive 1.8x their deposit when sufficient new deposits arrive
• Early participants are paid from later participants' deposits
• The scheme will eventually collapse, leaving later participants unpaid

2.3 Educational Purpose

This Service is provided for EDUCATIONAL and ENTERTAINMENT purposes only, demonstrating how Ponzi schemes work. It is NOT an investment product, financial service, or business opportunity.

3. Risks and Disclaimers

• Security of deposited funds
• Continued operation of the Service

3.3 Smart Contract Risks

Transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain. Smart contract bugs, exploits, or network issues could result in loss of funds.

3.4 Regulatory Risks

Ponzi schemes may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation and complying with all applicable laws.

• No further deposits will be accepted
• Pending payouts may or may not be processed
• No refunds will be provided
• All user data may be deleted

THE PONZI SCHEME WILL EVENTUALLY COLLAPSE. THIS IS INEVITABLE.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
